I don't recommend this product, the software has a lot of bugs and the hardware doesn't function properly most of the time. I ordered this product for a small retail business. You can't call them for support unless you pay them an outrageous amount. Any problems I had was because of the bugs in their software mostly. ex. Trying to add an inventory item & it would add 3 of the same item and you can't delete them, cash drawer doesn't function correctly etc. I ended up returning everything because it was too much trouble. I'm pretty tech savvy and though the software was straight forward..it was just too buggy. They obviously just want the extra $ for the technical support which they are causing people to need because they haven't written a good program.
NOT WORTH IT. There are other options out there
